SHIPPING AND ORDER POLICY
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax of 9.00% will be collected for all orders shipped within California.
WHICH FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Besamecosmetics.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and Amex. We do not accept personal checks.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Current order processing takes between 24 and 36 hours depending on seasonal volume and in-stock items. Packages ship from our California distribution center. West Coast orders take 1 to 3 days; East Coast orders 4 to 7 days by UPS Ground. USPS takes 3 to 7 days. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, and shipped within 36 hours of checkout. Orders placed Friday after 10 A.M. will ship out the following Monday. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped.
Bésame Cosmetics is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied to your shipment due to local regulations. Bésame Cosmetics reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time, and will clearly post changes, should they occur.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Unfortunately, Besamecosmetics.com can only ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
