RETURNS,EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
RETURN POLICY:
We want to surpass your expectations. We want to deliver the finest formulations and your perfect color match–but we understand it’s a little difficult online.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return for a full *refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding sample sets and final sale items). If you received damaged products, we’re sorry! Please contact us within 3 business days for prompt handling. We reserve the right to deem a return non-refundable if a product is returned with more than what we consider a reasonable amount used or missing.
Unfortunately, Bésame is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.
    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
    Because we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments, we recommend tracking and insuring all returned items.
  1. 1.Place the items in their original packaging and ship your return merchandise back to us. Include a copy of the invoice slip that came with your merchandise. If exchanging, make a note on the slip of your new purchase order.

  3. 3. For returns, we process refunds within 24 hours but please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your next statement as processing times will vary depending on your CC company. For exchanges, please allow 48 hours processing time–new items are shipped out via USPS Priority at no charge.
CANCELLATION:
Should you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 30 minutes of placing your order. As Amazon will ship your order within 30 minutes. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order you can use our website return center to print a return label and send your order back for a refund.
