HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
All domestic & Canadian orders of 2 or more products is shipped free via UPS. Other shipping options are available with UPS standard rates
apply and are calculated in real time at check-out based on your location.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
West coast orders take 1 to 3 days; East coast orders 4 to 7 days by UPS Ground. Orders are processed and shipped within 36 hours of being placed, Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed Friday after 10:00 A.M. will ship out the following Monday. Packages ship from our California distribution center.

DOES Bésame DO ANY TESTING ON ANIMALS?
No! Bésame does not test on animals and uses natural ingredients in all products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE A COLOR? CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
Color choice is important and very personal. If you're not happy with your purchase from besamecosmetics.com you can exchanged for another color or returned for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.(Excluding Sample Sets and Shipping cost. Also shipping cost will also be subtracted from refund if you received free shipping.) Must have your receipt or web order number.

No, Besamecosmetics.com is designed to process orders within the North America and Canada
including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders outside North America please order from one of our distribution partners

ARE THE COLORS REALLY VINTAGE REPRODUCTIONS?
Yes! The founders of Bésame gathered antique make-up and used samples from their collection to re-create those colors from the past. They are made as close as possible in texture and color to the originals. All our classic red colors were inspired by vintage shades.
IS THE MAKE-UP GOOD QUALITY? WILL IT GIVE ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
We use the highest quality ingredients and have found our products work well with sensitive skin and have not caused reactions in any of our customers. We use natural ingredients and organic oils in our formulas. Our formulas are made to be beneficial to your skin as well as glamorous to wear.
I LIKE THE MATTE LOOK. WILL THESE LIPSTICKS BE MATTE?
These colors are not matte for two main reasons: the original lipsticks from the period were not matte. They were made with petroleum products or castor oils and were pastier than the lipsticks we have today. Back then, the women used to blot the color to get a more lasting matte look. You can do the same by applying a layer, blotting with tissue, applying another layer and blotting again. You can also use translucent powder on top to seal and matte the color. The other reason we did not make the formula matte is because it is terribly drying on the lips and would chap them after a full day's wear. Our satin finish is dryer than other formulas, but won't dry your lips. If you want a matte look, just blot and powder.

At Bésame Cosmetics we want to surpass your expectations. We understand that selecting the right color is very important, that is why our color range is designed to be flattering to most skintones. If you find your order to be less than exceptional, you can exchanged for another color or returned for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.(Excluding Sample Sets and Shipping cost. RETURN SHIPPING:
It is recommended for your protection that all returned items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number (FedEx, UPS or USPS insured mail with Delivery Confirmation) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Bésame Cosmetics is not able to refund or credit shipping fees, nor are we able to pay for return shipping of your package.
All damaged claims/exchange items must be in original packaging. Please retain all shipping/insurance receipts. This will aid you if the item is damaged or lost in transit on its way back to us. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not except CODs.

Once we have received your items, please allow 48 hours for processing. Exchanges are shipped by USPS Priority Mail at no charge to you.
RETURNS:
Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Current processing time for all orders is 24 to 36 hours depending on seasonal volumes, Monday thru Friday. Orders received after 10:00 am Friday will process Monday morning. Domestic Product orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other service is selected and arrive in 2 to 7 days. Expedited shipping orders will arrive in 1 to 3 days. CANCELLATION:
Should you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order by phone please call (818) 548-2628 or e-mail orders@besamecosmetics.com. Please title your e-mail CANCEL ORDER. This e-mail must be sent from the same e-mail address used to place the order, or the cancellation will not be accepted. Orders are cancelled only after you have received a customer service confirmation.
